Friend, with Mother's Day right around the corner, I'm looking forward to surrounding myself with family and celebrating my own mother, Dorothy ⬇️📸.

I've talked about her many times on the House Floor, in interviews, and at events across the country. She's got a sharp mind, a wonderful sense of humor, and she's constantly letting me know that I've got her support in everything I do.♥️
And while I will want to spend the whole day celebrating my mom and all she’s given to me and our family, I can’t help but think about the millions of senior Americans who are worrying about how to pay their bills.
Because of the chaos caused by Trump’s executive orders, millions of our parents and grandparents are facing confusion and uncertainty about whether they’ll continue to receive the essential benefits—Social Security and Medicaid. Because the Trump Administration is gutting these lifeline programs by firing the very workers who deliver them.
This is a struggle that hits close to home. In Palm Beach County alone, over 350,000 people rely on Social Security to make ends meet, and countless more rely on Medicaid to get the health care they need.
My colleagues in the House and I are doing all we can to combat these dangerous decisions, but the GOP's wealthiest donors have already spent historic amounts of money to defeat Democrats in important races across the country, and there's no doubt they've already got their eye on my next race.
My team and I are relying on early grassroots support to send a clear message about the strength of our next campaign. Will you stand with us by chipping in any amount you can spare? [[link removed]]
