Hi John — last week, Jane asked folks to take a short strategy survey to help shape the next phase of our people-powered climate movement.
Today, we’ve tallied up the results, and we wanted to give you a quick look at what we learned from grassroots supporters like you:
1. People want accountability. A strong majority of respondents told us that calling out fossil fuel corporations and holding them accountable is the most effective way to grow our movement.
2. Climate impacts are personal. The top climate-related concerns were extreme weather, pollution and public health, and the rising cost of living driven by the climate crisis.
3. The fight goes beyond protecting our climate. When we asked what other issues JanePAC should speak up about, the most common response was threats to democracy and voting rights, with Trump’s authoritarian agenda close behind.
This feedback is already shaping our roadmap for the year ahead — and we’re gearing up to endorse new climate champions, mobilize voters in key races, and build the strongest possible defense against Donald Trump’s dirty agenda in Washington.
This work doesn’t happen without people like you, John, but we haven’t heard from you yet. You can still share your thoughts by clicking here. We promise there are real people reviewing your feedback. [[link removed]]
