And…on Thursday May 15, The Trump regime will argue in front of the Supreme Court that they should be allowed to destroy the right to Birthright Citizenship, a fundamental constitutional right that was won through the civil war to give citizenship to formerly enslaved Black people. The end of Birthright Citizenship would cause anguish and agonizing danger for millions of immigrant and refugee families.
