Will we get new information on the Mueller investigation of President Trump's 2016 campaign? More of the House GOP report may be declassified soon.

"House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff will permit President Donald Trump's new intelligence chief to declassify additional portions of a 2018 Republican-led committee report on Russian interference in the 2016 election." (POLITICO)

The American people haven't seen the entirety of the House GOP investigation into the Mueller investigation -- and other related probes -- into the Trump 2016 campaign.

But that may change, as President Trump's new Director of National Intelligence, sworn into office just over two weeks ago, has asked to review the report and decide if more should be declassified, i.e. shared with the American public.

This news came shortly on the heels of the Senate Judiciary Committee (and the Senate Homeland Security committee before that) authorizing the committee chairs to subpoena Obama Administration officials as part of their investigations.

These updates from the Trump Administration and the Senate GOP suggest that President Trump plans to make the flawed Russia investigation part of his 2020 campaign.

Joe Biden is back on the campaign trail ... and not impressing at campaign events.

"Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden struggled at times during an economic reopening event in Philadelphia on Thursday where he spoke on racial issues that have been sparked by the death of George Floyd. [...] At a different point during the talk, Biden appeared to not know what ‘Juneteenth’ was when he made remarks attacking President Donald Trump." (Daily Wire)

The Trump campaign was quick to cut and share a video clip of Joe Biden's misspeaking and lost train of thought during the campaign event in Philadelphia. As the Daily Wire put it, Biden had a "bad showing" for one of his first in-person events after coronavirus restrictions.

Perhaps this is why Terry McAuliffe said that Biden was doing well "in the basement" earlier this week, a reference to the video calls and virtual campaign events Biden did from his home earlier this year due to COVID-19.

Do as I say, not as I do: Biden campaign spends more than $4.5M on Facebook ads in one week while complaining about the company's policies.

"The Biden campaign spent $4.7 million on Facebook ads over the past week, according to records published by the social media platform—more than it spent in the entirety of 2019." (Washington Free Beacon)

Even though Silicon Valley already seems to have turned against President Trump and conservatives, Joe Biden is making attacks on the social media giant Facebook part of his campaign.

Biden and his campaign have launched a petition, published an open letter, and made public remarks against Facebook in particular.

But at the same time, the Biden campaign has spent $4.7 million on Facebook ads in one week, including an incredible $1.6 million in just one day.

And it's officially Jacksonville, Florida that will host the Republican National Convention!

"Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel announced on Thursday that the party has moved its celebration of the re-nomination of President Donald Trump to Jacksonville, Florida, after running into problems in North Carolina.'" (Daily Wire)

It looks like Jacksonville, Florida will host multiple days of the Republican National Convention, which was originally scheduled to be held in North Carolina.

Florida Republicans like Senator Rick Scott, Governor Ron DeSantis, and Jacksonville Mayor Lenny Curry were quick to chime in on social media to welcome the GOP to their state.
