Why now?
President Trump’s first 100 days have left medical cannabis
hanging in uncertainty — from anti-cannabis appointments to zero
action on patient-friendly executive orders. Despite past campaign
promises, the administration’s silence has allowed harmful policies
and rhetoric to grow unchecked.
Even worse, key anti-cannabis lawmakers now lead the very
Congressional committees that will decide the fate of patient
access.
We can’t wait for change to come from the top
down. It’s time to show up, speak out, and lead from the
grassroots.

Together, we’ll ensure medical cannabis patients are not forgotten
in D.C. — because patients have a plan. Now, Congress must
create safe access.
