Critical Time for ECCA in Congress

Dear reader,

The Educational Choice for Children Act (ECCA) is a $10 billion federal scholarship tax credit that would expand school choice to all 50 states and help parents of up to two million students choose a school or education service that works best for their child.

It would be funded by individual and business contributions to non-profit scholarship granting organizations. Donors would receive a 100% non-refundable federal tax credit. Scholarships could be used for tuition, tutoring, special needs services, education technology, on-line courses, or curriculum materials.
