President Trump always says we'll get tired of winning. Not anytime soon! Let’s look at the border:

Illegal border crossings are down 95%, and illegal got-aways are down 99%. Joe Biden said we needed an act of Congress to secure the border, turns out all we needed was a new president. Gasoline prices are down 22% nationally. We're now the largest net exporter of natural gas. Promises made, promises kept. We have private and foreign investments pouring in. We're breaking records in recruitment for the U.S. military. While President Trump is putting wins on the board, Senate and House Republicans are in constant communication with the White House, working in lockstep to implement the President’s policies. The Senate has now confirmed 58 nominees at a record pace for President Trump’s all-star team. And we’re just getting started.

Americans across the country are asking for updates on President Trump's 'One, Big, Beautiful Bill.' It’s a complex process, but we’re in daily communication to advance the administration’s key priorities. Most importantly, we’re working to turn DOGE cuts into law and make President Trump's historic tax cuts permanent. Even though we're now the number one exporter of natural gas, there's still more we need to do to keep us energy dominant. Reconciliation allows us to expand drilling and our energy capabilities. Additionally, we're rebuilding the warfighter for lethality and readiness through legislation. 

I’m very focused on saving the taxpayer dollars and slashing big government waste, fraud, and abuse. That's where a rescissions package comes in. We won't leave you out of that conversation. WATCH my video for a short break down of the president's and Congress's efforts here.

This week was heavy on confirming various ambassadors and passing Congressional Review Acts (CRAs) to overturn disastrous rules and regulations from the previous administration. We pushed through former U.S. Senator David Perdue (R-GA) as Ambassador to the People's Republic of China, Warren Stephens to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, Thomas Barrack to Turkey, and Tilman Fertitta to Italy. The Senate has now confirmed 58 members to President Trump's team at a pace we have not seen since before the previous three administrations. Additionally, we've passed 10 CRAs to overturn the harm Joe Biden and his federal agencies caused American consumers and job creators.

Last Friday, I spoke at the Oklahoma National Guard’s 2025 The Adjutant General (TAG) Leadership Conference at the Osage Casino Hotel in Tulsa. We spoke about the importance of consistency in leadership, choosing your attitude no matter the circumstance, and leading by example. Our National Guardsmen represent the best of Oklahoma, and I truly appreciate them inviting me to be part of such an exciting event.

On Wednesday, I joined U.S. Representative Stephanie Bice (R-OK) as a special guest on her Telephone Town Hall to mark President Trump’s first 100 days. We had thousands of Oklahomans call in to participate and got to as many questions as possible on a huge range of issues. We touched on the economy, stressed the importance of making tax cuts permanent in President Trump's 'One, Big, Beautiful Bill,' and broke down how each chamber is working to execute the MAGA mandate sent in November.

On Tuesday, I welcomed over 50 members of the Durant Chamber of Commerce and Oklahoma Electric Co-op Leadership for a night tour of the U.S. Capitol. During our visit we stopped by the old Supreme Court Chamber, the old Senate Chamber, the old House Chamber, Oklahoma's two statues, and the Speaker's Balcony. It’s extremely humbling to represent you in the United States Capitol, and it’s always a blessing to walk through our country’s rich history with Oklahomans visiting Washington. 

This week, President Trump announced Mike Waltz as his nominee to serve as Ambassador to the United Nations. Mike Waltz is a dear friend with a young family and a beautiful bride. We can't thank Mike Waltz enough for his service and willingness to keep serving in the Trump administration as a member of the Cabinet. On Thursday, I joined Jake Tapper on CNN's The Lead to discuss his recent nomination to this role and America’s confidence in President Trumpand his strong National Security team. Just ask the Houthis how our team is doing.
