Welcome to "The Volunteer Voice" ... an exclusive, 90-second briefing that gives you—one of our top supporters—a quick update on John Rose's campaign for governor of Tennessee. |

Friend, In just the past month, John and Chelsea have made their rounds all over Tennessee, attending more than 25 events to meet with voters across the state. Each year the U.S. House takes an Easter recess for two weeks during the month of April. John was eager to spend that time in Tennessee visiting with fellow Tennesseans on the campaign trail. |
|
|
John kicked off the month in Maury County, spent some time during Easter weekend speaking at the Sevier County Lincoln Day Dinner, worshipping with his church family in Cookeville, volunteering at the world’s biggest fish fry in Henry County, and capped the month off in Lebanon with the Tennessee Farm Bureau Women’s Leadership conference, with many more events in between before heading back to Washington, D.C. for official business. |

Making these rounds is vital to our campaign because they give John the opportunity to hear directly from Tennesseans who are concerned about the direction of our state and country. Whether it’s securing the border, cutting wasteful spending, or standing up for our freedoms, your voice shapes our message and mission to build a brighter future for Tennessee. >> Will you contribute $25 to help us reach our fundraising goal and continue traveling around the state? We have big plans ahead of us, and your help will make a difference. Sincerely,
Team Rose |
Last week, The Tennessean published an op-ed from John highlighting wins from Trump’s economic policies that have brought American manufacturing back to the Volunteer State. Beyond the tariffs, the Trump administration has also made various cuts to burdensome red-tape regulations that did nothing but hold back American manufacturing dominance.
“It has been encouraging to see a chief executive return to the Oval Office with his level of energy and determination to put America First. The president’s economic agenda is proving to be as effective as it is sweeping. There are growing pains, but growth in U.S. manufacturing is the key to an American century. That growth is being achieved by undoing the bad deals of the past and forging a new course that puts American industries on a more level playing field.” - Rep.
