Dear John,
You’re running out of time to register for the Gun Violence Prevention Day of Action! The deadline is fast approaching, [[link removed]] so don’t miss your chance to help create a safer Wisconsin.
The Day of Action, on May 20th, is the most impactful thing you can do this year to reduce gun deaths and injuries in Wisconsin. That's because we will be speaking truth to power—together.

I wanted to share a few details about the day so you know what to expect:
Q: Do I need to bring lunch?
A: We’ll provide lunch , including vegan and vegetarian options.
Q: Is there help with transportation?
A: We’re coordinating a bus between Milwaukee and Madison. When you register, just indicate your interest in the bus, and we’ll reach out to you to make arrangements.
Q: What will we do?
A: We'll offer a training in the morning to help you feel prepared to advocate for stronger gun laws. In the afternoon, you'll talk with your legislators . If you don't feel comfortable speaking, you can still show up to demonstrate strength in numbers!
Q: Where is the event?
A: We'll meet in downtown Madison . Once you register, you'll receive an email with the exact venue and address. We'll head to the Capitol Building after lunch to speak with our elected officials.
