John,

As we approach tonight’s deadline, I’ve been reflecting on why I decided to run for Governor—and I wanted to share a bit of that with you.

It wasn’t for a title or to check a box. I got into this race because I know how much better Virginia can be—for our kids, our neighbors, and our future.

From my time serving Virginia’s Seventh District in Congress, I’ve seen firsthand how much good we can do when we come together to solve problems and put people over politics. That’s the kind of leadership I believe in—and it’s the kind I’ll bring to the Governor’s office.

With the chaos and division coming out of Washington, Virginia needs steady, thoughtful leadership more than ever. Leadership that puts our communities first, that protects our rights, and that focuses on the issues that actually matter to families across the Commonwealth.

That’s what Virginians deserve and that’s what this campaign is all about. But with just hours left to reach our April fundraising goal, I’m counting on your support to keep us on track.

If you’re able, please consider making a contribution to my campaign before midnight. Whether it's $5, $50, or more, every donation adds up, and it's how we can afford to reach voters all over the Commonwealth.
