It’s been reported that President Trump is looking for a new place to host the 2020 RNC Convention and I couldn’t think of a better place than Georgia.

We’ve hosted the Olympic Games, Super Bowls, MLB All Star Game and College Football’s National Championship. There is no doubt Georgia is ready to host this important event and able to do so in a safe manner.

We saw earlier this week that Georgia is a battleground state and we will play a significant role in re-electing President Trump, keeping the GOP Senate majority and taking back the U.S. House.

I’ve signed a letter to President Trump encouraging him pick Georgia. Now, I’m asking you to sign a petition to bring the 2020 RNC Convention to Georgia.

As I said yesterday, we have strong Republican leadership and I’m confident that Georgia will remain a red state, but it will take all of us coming together and supporting our Republican candidates up and down the ballot. Hosting the 2020 RNC Convention in Georgia would bring Georgia Republicans together and showcase the strength of our party right as we head into the fall General Election campaign.

And having the 2020 RNC Convention here will signal to Joe Biden, Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi there is no chance they are flipping Georgia from red to blue.
