John, I’ll keep this quick, but I wanted to share an update about where we stand before the end of the month.

We’re only a few months into 2025, but we’ve already made real headway this year: Just recently, the Washington legislature passed Permit-to-Purchase legislation. Not only are we making headway at home and in our partner states, but we’re actively pursuing our expansion in states to come.

But we can’t afford to lose momentum now. The federal government has made it clear that they’re not just going to drop the ball on gun responsibility legislation, they’re going to hand it right over to the gun lobby and try to erase the progress we’ve made. 

We’re focusing on making progress for gun safety in the states – and we have a record of victory to prove we can do it. But we’re still $1,035 short of our end-of-month fundraising goal, and we need your help to close the gap.
