We are 100 days into the Trump administration. The low approval ratings for Trump, DOGE, and Musk reflect what a disaster it's been and how out of touch this administration is with real people and what they are going through.

It's been 100 days of chaos. The presidency has been marked by an onslaught of economic turmoil, unconstitutional funding cuts and freezes, blatant and illegal corruption, and authoritarian attacks on democracy.

This is not what Oregonians and Americans want or need. The people I hear from want funding for education and public libraries, a healthy planet, protection of free speech and civil rights, lower drug prices, and more affordable health care and housing. They don't want an unelected billionaire indiscriminately slashing programs to pay for tax cuts to the ultra-wealthy. Trump doesn't work for the American people – he will always put his own interests first.
