Some of the reasons why our numbers have slowed down are very understandable. But for those who care deeply about gun safety in America, I have to say: Your support is urgently needed. Because the work must go on.

In just 100 days, Trump has already made it clear he’ll put the gun lobby ahead of our kids’ lives at every turn, taking alarming steps to undo progress on gun violence prevention:

* He reversed President Biden's efforts on enhanced background checks.
* He appointed long-time opponent of gun safety laws, Pam Bondi, to oversee “Second Amendment priorities” in his administration, plus she created a Second Amendment Task Force.
* He refused to take action after the FSU shooting and told reporters "the gun doesn’t do the shooting."
