Here we are—100 days into the new Trump Administration.
Historically, the first 100 days are a benchmark for measuring an administration's direction and performance.

At Country First, we believe it’s also a time to measure our own progress—the action, the impact, and the movement you have helped drive.

We don't need to tell you that in just 100 days, the Trump Administration has:

- Driven inflation higher while sending the stock market lower
- Created Economic Instability and greater chance of a recession
- Picked fights with key allies abroad and embraced our enemies
- Undermined Democracy and the institutions the United States created to make us a Superpower.  

Simply put: Under the Trump Administration, inflation is up—and the Dow Jones is down.

But rather than focus solely on these failures, we’re here to celebrate what you have accomplished.

In just 100 days,

- Over 10,000 members have participated in Days of Action, taking the fight to Congress
- Thousands of members have engaged in civil protests across the nation to defend democracy and send the Administration a message
- Country First Members have made over 80,000 calls to Congress—so many that we’ve crashed the Capitol switchboard multiple times.
- Pushed for town hall meetings across the country, demanding accountability from Members of Congress
- Mobilized over 20,000 members to stand with Ukraine and support global democracy which has a direct impact on democracy at home and our national security
- And Country First has made over 2.7M digital contacts.

While many organizations were paralyzed after the election, Country First hit the ground running—because democracy doesn’t defend itself.

At Country First, we are about Winning, Building, and Sending:

- Winning the battles for democracy on the ground and in the halls of power
- Building a movement of committed citizens ready to act
- Sending advocates and leaders into the fight equipped with the tools to make a real difference

Movements matter—and this movement is growing stronger every day.
In the face of rising authoritarianism, we will continue to build, we will continue to fight, and we will win.

As we look ahead, we’re excited to announce our next Country First Campfire with Congressman Adam Kinzinger — happening on May 13th!

This Campfire will focus on the incredible hard work and victories that Country First members like you have already achieved in pushing back against authoritarianism — and address the critical battles and hard work ahead in 2025 and how you can make an impact!
