Trump, Bondi to Eradicate Anti-Christian Bias Against Peaceful Pro-Life Americans
On Tuesday, April 22, Attorney General Pam Bondi chaired the first meeting of the Task Force to Eradicate Anti-Christian Bias emanating from the Federal government.
AG Bondi summarized the inaugural meeting, “As shown…Biden’s DOJ abused and targeted peaceful Christians while ignoring violent, anti-Christian offenses.” Bondi declared, “we have ended those abuses….” At a recent White House pre-Easter service with Franklin Graham, President Trump mentioned the anti-Christin bias manifesting in the U.S., saying, “You don’t hear about that very much, but there is anti-Christian bias.”
CEO of the brutally firebombed pro-life pregnancy center known as CompassCare, Rev. Jim Harden, was the first to identify and denounce Biden’s pattern of anti-Christian violence and collusion of government bad actors in those attacks in and following June of 2022, calling for an investigation into the FBI for slow-walking investigations into pro-abortion domestic terror. Rev. Harden then predicted that Biden’s DOJ and FBI would join the attacks on peaceful pro-lifers, which began shortly thereafter with the dawn, SWAT-style raid of Mark Houck’s home.
Rev. Harden says, “Once we began to see the obvious pattern of pro-abortion anti-Christian persecution emerging, we started tracking it on a timeline. The time-line is certainly not exhaustive.” However, Harden continued, “The coordinated anti-Christian violence and lawfare emanating from private and public actors is disturbingly ironic when viewed in the context of a nation founded on a Constitutional Rule of Law with Freedom of Religion listed as first on the Bill of Rights.”
Trump to Sign Executive Orders Strengthening Law Enforcement, Punishing Sanctuary Cities
President Donald Trump will sign two executive orders Monday aimed at securing the southern border.
The first order “will strengthen and unleash American law enforcement to pursue criminals and protect innocent citizens,” press secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a morning briefing.
The second order will start a crackdown on sanctuary cities, which the White House says obstruct immigration laws.
“The second EO is centered around protecting American communities from criminal aliens, and it will direct the attorney general and secretary of homeland security to publish a list of state and local jurisdictions that obstruct the enforcement of federal immigration laws,” Leavitt continued.
Attorney General Pam Bondi and Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem will have one month to identify cities and states that aren’t complying with federal immigration laws and designate them “sanctuary jurisdictions.”
America’s Founding Documents Are Selling Like Gangbusters
America’s founding documentsare selling at the fastest rate since 2004, when market research firm Circana began keeping track, prompting publishers to plan new editions. The rising civic interest is being attributed, at least in part, to the tumultuous state of America’s political affairs.
The U.S. Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, and the Federalist Papers have sold a combined 162,000 copies this year, Circana noted—and that’s only through mid-April. This is 76% higher than the same period in 2017, President Donald Trump’s first term in office, when these documents sold 92,000 copies, more than twice as many as in 2016. Sales totaled 58,000 over the same period in 2024 and 33,000 over the same period in 2023.
Circana analyst Brenda Connor said the record-high interest “is likely in response to the recent change of administration,” noting rising intrigue in other books about government as well. “We generally see increased sales of editions of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution every election cycle,” said Shannon DeVito, Barnes & Noble’s senior director of book strategy, “but particularly this year.”
In addition to the cyclical election spike in sales, DeVito also noted that the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, which will take place next July, may also play a role in the spiking demand.
