Named for two of our nation’s most inspiring leaders, the Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt Award is our Party’s highest honor. Their legacy of courage, compassion, and commitment to progress continues to guide us today.

Past Roosevelt Award recipients include Democratic giants like Senator Ted Kennedy, Secretary John Kerry, Senator Elizabeth Warren, Governor Deval Patrick, and Governor Maura Healey — a true testament to the impact this recognition represents.

We are also proud to present:

Gladys Rodriguez-Parker with the Christopher Condon Activist Award, celebrating a lifetime of grassroots leadership and advocacy for justice.
Chrissy Lynch, President of the Massachusetts AFL-CIO, with the first-ever Senator Ted Kennedy ‘Lion of Labor’ Award, honoring a fierce defender of workers' rights and organized labor.
