Thanks to appeals like this, we’ve made giant waves of progress over the last couple of years. Just last Friday, new laws were passed that will see water company bosses jailed for lying about sewage dumps.

It’s proof that when everyone in this community does their bit, we make real change happen. That’s why we can’t stop now if we want to save our oceans and rivers.

Accurate, in-depth data will be at the heart of the next phase of the fight. This appeal is all about helping to fund the evidence that will hold water companies to account - revealing where they’re dodging the truth. But we’re too far off our target.
