HB25-1312: The Kelly Loving Act has passed the Colorado House of Representatives and is before the Colorado State Senate! The bill will be considered by the Senate Judiciary Committee this Wednesday April 30th starting at 1:30pm. We expect testimony to go well into the night.
We need YOUR HELP to get this vital piece of trans rights legislation through the Senate and onto the Governor’s desk. In the House, we were able to turnout over 100 people to testify, outnumbering the far-right 4-to-1! Additionally, we have sent over 10,000 letters to Colorado legislators telling them that their trans constituents need the protections afforded by the Kelly Loving Act. But even with all this, Colorado legislators are under intense pressure from both establishment lobbying organizations and fascist cranks.

Even if you can't make it to testify at 1:30pm, we are expecting the hearing to carry on late into the night, so they'll be plenty of time to do so.
