Stop the constitutional crisis!
The “No Rogue Rulings Act” would take away the federal judiciary’s ability to curb Trump’s unconstitutional agenda. We need as many democracy defenders to tell the Senate to make sure that this bill doesn’t get passed.
Add your name and tell the Senate: Say NO to the “No Rogue Rulings Act!”

John, we’re going to say the quiet part out loud: Donald Trump is on an unconstitutional rampage.
From trying to eliminate birthright citizenship to illegally disappearing legal residents and American citizens, it’s clear that the Trump Administration has no regard for the rule of law.
One of the only things that has consistently stood in the way of Trump’s dream of a total dictatorship has been the federal judiciary.
Liberal and conservative judges alike have taken firm stances against Trump’s agenda. Federal judges were the ones who upheld birthright citizenship, halted funding freezes, and demanded that wrongfully terminated federal employees be reinstated.
Even Trump’s allies on the Supreme Court took a stand against him illegally deporting Kilmar Abrego Garcia.
And let’s make one thing very clear, John: The federal judiciary is doing exactly what they’re supposed to do in the face of executive overreach. Remember learning about checks and balances in school? This is checks and balances in action.
But just a few days ago, Trump’s allies in the House of Representatives passed the “No Rogue Rulings Act,” which would take away the judiciary’s power to curb his power.
If this bill passes, we’ll be just that much closer to full-on authoritarianism. So if you believe our democracy is worth defending, add your name BEFORE MIDNIGHT to tell your senators to stop this bill in its tracks: [link removed]
