Over 300 years ago, our Commonwealth was founded on William Penn’s vision of tolerance, equality, and freedom for all. He believed that everyone, no matter what you look like, where you come from, or who you pray to, had a place here in Pennsylvania.

And today, no matter what, I will continue to advance those values as your Governor.

I will continue to fight for real freedom and real opportunity for every Pennsylvanian.

I will continue to stand up for workers, students, parents, seniors, and everyone who calls our Commonwealth home.

I will continue to defend your most fundamental rights, including the right to choose.

And I will continue to empower Pennsylvania’s first responders and support their mission to ensure every Pennsylvanian has the freedom to be safe in their community.

John, I am truly humbled to be leading this great Commonwealth. Everything I am working for is done in the service of hardworking Pennsylvanians. But I am not naive. There are politicians out there who don’t believe in this mission. Instead, they’re doing everything they can to bring our progress to a halt.

I promise you this, John: I will never back down from this fight, no matter who tries to stop me.
