CHEETAHS ARE IN DESPERATE NEED

Dear John,

This week could be the most important week of the year for Africa’s wild animals.

We’re almost halfway to our target but now have just three days left to raise the £100,000 we need to stop Africa’s wildlife vanishing forever. If you act quickly, your donation can be doubled! Every donation will really help us reach our target.

HELP US RAISE £100,000 ([link removed])

£43,578

Thanks to the Green Match Fund ([link removed]), every donation until midday Tuesday will be worth twice as much, and will help protect cheetahs, lions, elephants, giraffes and rhinos from extinction – but we can’t do it without YOU.

Your £25 becomes £50 by unlocking the match funding we have secured, and your £50 an amazing £100. Every donation, no matter what size, will have twice the impact for Africa’s wildlife.

Cheetahs are incredible

With their bewitching eyes, elegant limbs, lean bodies and unmistakable markings, do you agree there’s something entrancing about cheetahs?

Famous as the world’s fastest land animal, these elite sprinters are built for super speed. As ‘apex predators’, cheetahs are vital for a healthy habitat, helping keep prey in check, so their ecosystem stays in balance, benefitting a myriad other species.

But cheetahs are in danger

You’ll be horrified but illegal trafficking is a huge problem for cheetahs – already under threat from habitat loss, climate change, ‘conflict with people’ and even ‘sport’ hunting.

Cubs are stolen from the wild to be sold as ‘status symbol pets’. This is contributing to a conservation crisis and today, as few as 6,500 cheetahs cling to survival. They’re officially ‘Vulnerable to extinction’.

Please help cheetahs with a donation

At Born Free, we’re devoted to cheetah rescue and conservation. Your gift today could help save this iconic species, stop their exploitation and support conservation.

And don’t forget, if you donate NOW, your gift will be doubled and have twice the impact.

DOUBLE YOUR GIFT FOR CHEETAHS ([link removed])

Your gift today will fund our vital work to protect cheetahs in Kenya and Ethiopia.

✅ You can help fund solutions so local people can protect their livestock from cheetahs and other predators, and conserve nature by planting trees and sharing water.

✅ You can help Born Free rescue orphan cheetahs at our wildlife centre in Ethiopia, help authorities address the problem of trafficking and campaign to stop the global trade.

Your gift will make the difference – together, let’s save Africa’s cheetahs.
