Welcome back to E-PAC’s weekly newsletter. E-PAC is Chairwoman Elise Stefanik's leadership PAC which is focused on electing more GOP Women.

We hope you are having a great week!

BIG WEEK for GOP Women and America First Manufacturing

"This week, Republican women scored major victories for American workers, once again showing that GOP women in Congress are leading the charge on President Trump’s America First agenda. From New York to Indiana, they're getting results — creating jobs, revitalizing American industry, and helping President Trump fulfill his promises to the nation."

In NY-21, Chairwoman Elise Stefanik joined local leaders to break ground on Chobani’s massive $1.2 billion investment in a state-of-the-art dairy processing facility in Rome. The project will bring over 1,000 good-paying jobs to the region, strengthen our local dairy industry, and boost the entire Mohawk Valley economy.

Elise stated –

“This is great news for our Upstate and North Country farmers and families. We’re proud to welcome Chobani to NY-21 — and even prouder of the hardworking people who made this possible.”

In IN-09, Congresswoman Erin Houchin celebrated Guardian Bikes’ $19 million investment to build a new manufacturing facility in Seymour to bring bike production back to America and reduce our reliance on China.

Erin stated –

“It’s pretty incredible that we have a president focused on creating a level playing field for American companies.”

UPDATE: Elise Requests U.S. Education Department Investigation into Saratoga Springs City School District

This week, Chairwoman Elise Stefanik continued to raise the alarm on the Saratoga Springs City School District’s blatant defiance of President Trump’s executive order. We must stand firm in keeping men out of women’s sports to ensure the safety and fairness for girls and women, both on the field and in the locker room. Last week, we highlighted Elise’s critical efforts in calling out SSCSD for passing a policy that allows biological males to compete in girls’ sports and access girls’ locker rooms. This fight is far from over, and Elise remains on the front lines.

Elise’s letter to Education Secretary Linda McMahon stated —

“On March 27, 2025, the SSCSD Board of Education in Saratoga Springs, New York, passed a resolution titled “Affirming Our Support for Every Student.” In the resolution, the SSCSD Board of Education states, “We will ensure their right to use facilities and participate in activities and sports consistent with their gender identity.” Allowing biological males into girls’ sports and locker rooms is in direct violation of President Trump’s executive order. Our daughters should not be forced to compete against biological men in competitive sports or share a locker room with biological men.

Under Title IX and articulated in President Trump’s Executive Order 14201, educational institutions that receive federal funding must be in compliance with Title IX’s requirements to protect opportunities for women and girls to compete in safe and fair sports. I join President Trump in his commitment to protect our nation’s girls and daughters. This Far Left woke ideology has no place in our communities.”

WATCH: Congresswoman Malliotakis Slams NYC Congestion Pricing

Congresswoman Nicole Malliotakis (NY-11) is fighting back against New York City’s controversial congestion pricing plan, calling it a cash grab that unfairly punishes hardworking commuters from the outer boroughs and beyond. Nicole is urging the U.S. Department of Transportation to consider cutting federal funding if the MTA and Governor Hochul continue pushing forward with what she says may violate federal law.

In a post on X, Nicole stated –

If [Kathy Hochul] and the [MTA] want you to keep continuing to break federal law with their NYC congestion cash grab, then perhaps [USDOT] authorizations, NEPA approvals & federal funding for projects within the congestion zone should be frozen!

WATCH: Congresswoman Jen Kiggans on Her Commitment to Fiscal Responsibility and National Security for VA-02

Congresswoman Jen Kiggans (VA-02) joined Fox News earlier this week to reaffirm her dedication to her constituents, emphasizing her focus on fiscal responsibility and national security. Drawing from her experience as a former Navy helicopter pilot and geriatric nurse practitioner, Jen continues to bring a unique perspective to Congress and serves with integrity and purpose.

Jen stated –

"Serving the people of Virginia's 2nd District is the honor of a lifetime. I'm here to do just that – serve. Fiscal responsibility and a strong national defense are my top priorities."
