While gun violence is down in Philadelphia and across the country, it’s still far too common.
Every year, over 100,000 people survive gun violence in America — and too many are left without the support they deserve.
That’s why Congressman Evans introduced the Resources for Victims of Gun Violence Act, alongside Senator Ed Markey. This bill will better connect survivors and their families with the mental health, financial, and community services they need to heal.
