The games, the chaos, the attacks on working families — enough is enough. The American people are paying the price for political stunts while Trump and his allies hold our economy hostage for their own gain.

What do you think? President Trump recently announced a 90-day pause on his new “reciprocal” tariffs, claiming it’s to buy time for more trade deals. But here’s the reality:

- The pause doesn’t include China — their exports still face tariffs up to 245%, except for a few electronics.
- U.S. allies are still left in limbo, with uncertainty affecting businesses and supply chains across the globe.
- Working families right here in Philadelphia are still bracing for higher prices on everyday goods.

We need trade policies that are predictable, fair, and actually help American workers — not impulsive moves that spike costs and strain relationships.

While gun violence is down in Philadelphia and across the country, it’s still far too common.

Every year, over 100,000 people survive gun violence in America — and too many are left without the support they deserve.

That’s why Congressman Evans introduced the Resources for Victims of Gun Violence Act, alongside Senator Ed Markey. This bill will better connect survivors and their families with the mental health, financial, and community services they need to heal.
