Hi John,

Katie Hobbs- who owns the AZ record for most vetos by any Governor- has done it again.

On the heels of maybe the worst veto of her tenure, vetoing the AZ ICE Act, she follows that up by.... vetoing a bill that limits the access of Communist China to Arizona's key infrastructure.

We are pro-Arizona ands pro-America. Hobbs is pro-foreigners!

From the Senate press release:

SB 1027, also known as the Secure Telecommunications Act of 2025, would have banned any critical telecommunications infrastructure within the State of Arizona from using equipment manufactured by a foreign adversary. The bill would have required reporting requirements for telecommunications providers and penalties for noncompliance.

The bill stemmed from an FBI report released in 2022 that determined Chinese-made Huawei radio equipment, sold below the price of production and used throughout the United States within communications infrastructure, was able to provide the Communist Party of China access to domestic intelligence for espionage and sabotage attacks against Americans. In 2023, the State of Nebraska enacted a law to address this issue after discovering Huawei equipment surrounded their nuclear missile silos, prompting Senator Rogers to introduce SB 1027 with the same goal of protecting against critical infrastructure attacks by foreign adversaries.

The excuse she gave for vetoing this bill? It would be "costly".

In Nebraska, this was a bipartisan bill proposed by a Democrat.

In Arizona, Katie Hobbs is far to the left.... even of the Dems.
Katie Hobbs has a track record of looking after other countries and their citizens, instead of ours.

Don't forget that last year, she acted to protect China's organ harvesting! RealClearPolitics covered it:

Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs has remained mum about her recent veto of legislation aimed at curbing China’s gruesome forced organ-harvesting trade, which targets detained ethnic and religious minorities, mostly Uyghur Muslims, Tibetans, Christians, and Falun Gong practitioners.

The April 10 veto has proponents of the legislation and human rights activists scratching their heads. Over the last year, Texas, Utah, and Idaho have enacted similar legislation, and legislatures in Missouri, Ohio, and North Carolina are debating similar measures. The bipartisan bills would prevent health insurance plans from reimbursing individuals for any organ transplants in China or other U.S. adversaries. They also would bar insurance payments for post-operative procedures related to organ transplants if the organ came from China or any other nation that funds or engages in forced organ harvesting.

Her veto last week of the AZ ICE Act- despite law enforcement and popular support- is unconscionable. I truly don't understand why anyone would want gangs and cartels- foreign nationals- in our country or in Arizona.
I am AMERICA FIRST. Not China First. Not Illegals First.

The voters of Arizona have repeatedly spoken clearly- they want illegals gone. And they want China excluded from sensitive areas, like military installations.

Hobbs may never get it. I need to tell the people of Arizona what she has done- because the media will not. Help me expose her pro-China leanings?

Last year, Hobbs vetoed a bill to curb China’s gruesome forced organ-harvesting trade. Is there any doubt whose side she is truly on?

God bless Arizona, and God bless America!
Wendy Rogers, Lt Col USAF (ret)
Arizona Senator LD7
PS: Hobbs is in favor of China's spying and organ-harvesting. She has clearly lost it and is in China's pockets. Help me stop her!
