Over the last two weeks, more than 125 volunteers across the country delivered petition signatures telling their members of Congress to vote NO on nearly $1 trillion in Medicaid cuts.
But we have over 50,000 petition signatures from people across the country, and we still have district offices left to deliver the signatures to — and we’re running out of time to make our voices heard.
Do you have a printer and some free time? If so, sign up to deliver our petition to your local congressional office! Note: this is NOT an ask to sign a petition, but to print and deliver hard copies of the petition signatures to your U.S. Representative’s or Senator’s district office in person.
The House and Senate have both passed their versions of the budget bills, starting the budget reconciliation process. Next, a House committee will do a final markup of the bill on May 7th, laying out the specific ways the GOP plans to cut Medicaid in order to fund their tax giveaways to billionaires.
Then, House Speaker Mike Johnson says the goal is to pass the final bill and deliver it to President Trump’s desk during the week of May 19th for signature.
We need your help delivering our message to decision-makers in Congress before they take a final vote on sweeping cuts to Medicaid.
In solidarity,
