This is urgent: 31 of the bedrock protections that keep our air and water safe are at risk, as EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin recently announced plans to roll back these protections.

Zeldin is trying to disregard the Clean Air Act and dismantle our ability to clean up climate pollution that threatens our health and environment. His Polluters First Agenda is a major giveaway for oil and gas CEOs who care more about profits than stopping pollution.

Zeldin’s Polluters First Agenda is putting lives at risk. Indeed, an estimated 200,000 lives would have been saved by the 31 clean air and climate regulations he is disbanding for the sole purpose of promoting fossil fuel industry profits. 

Write to EPA Administrator Zeldin and tell him not to put polluters first!

Under the Polluters First Agenda, people living in the U.S. will face more illness, missed work days, and higher costs while polluting industries get a free pass. Dismantling bedrock environmental protections will endanger millions of lives by polluting our air and water, leading to more asthma attacks and cancer, and more toxic chemicals poisoning our drinking water and our soil.

Giving handouts to fossil fuel executives will harm us all and create higher energy and health costs. Trump and Zeldin are again putting polluters over people and fulfilling their promises to their Big Polluter allies. Simultaneously, they are eroding the clean energy economy we have been working to build. We need to make our voices heard.

Tell EPA Administrator Zeldin: Please put the needs of the American people first by preserving EPA’s lifesaving protections and environmental standards.
