Reynolds signs list of bills into law* DES MOINES— Today, Governor Kim Reynolds signed the following bills into law: SF 574 [ [link removed] ]: A bill for an act relating to retention of fees for public improvement contracts. HF 652 [ [link removed] ]: A bill for an act concerning county and city regulation of real property and the powers granted to a board of adjustment. HF 844 [ [link removed] ]: A bill for an act relating to eligibility requirements for financial institutions in which public funds may be deposited. HF 470 [ [link removed] ]: A bill for an act relating to alcoholic beverages, including license authorizations, bond requirements, and fee determinations, and including effective date and applicability provisions. HF 381 [ [link removed] ]: A bill for an act relating to statutory corrections which may adjust language to reflect current practices, insert earlier omissions, delete redundancies and inaccuracies, resolve inconsistencies and conflicts, remove ambiguities, and provide for code editor directives.
