California passed a law that could allow babies to be killed up to 28 days AFTER birth. By using the word "perinatal" (which is the period that includes up to a month after a baby is born) instead of "prenatal" (before birth), the law legalizes infanticide.

Now a similar bill that would effectively legalize infanticide by blocking investigations of infant deaths in Washington is headed for the governor's desk.

A pro-life bill that would ban infanticide nationally was BLOCKED by Senator Schumer.

We must fight back as this evil spreads. We just launched a critical infanticide investigation in New Mexico, and we're fighting on Capitol Hill to pass the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act that would REQUIRE doctors to administer lifesaving medical care to babies.
