This Lesbian Visibility Week, we’re celebrating the power, presence, and pride of lesbians across the globe.

Lesbians – along with bisexual women, queer women, and other diverse women – are in every community, every profession, and every movement (including here at Outright!) — making history, shaping futures, and standing at the forefront of change.

Earlier this year, Outright International proudly brought that truth to the global stage at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW69). In case you missed it, we’ve captured the energy, voices, and moments that made it unforgettable.

But visibility alone isn’t enough.

Lesbians in too many places continue to face criminalization, violence, and erasure. That’s why Outright — together with our partners and supporters like you — is committed to amplifying lesbian organizing, investing in safety, belonging, and political power, and ensuring their stories are heard where it matters most to build power and create lasting change.

Through programs like LBQ Connect ([link removed]) , we support lesbian, bisexual, and queer women’s movements by providing flexible funding, peer learning spaces, and cross-regional solidarity. We invest in their safety, amplify their stories, and advocate for their rights in spaces where they’ve long been excluded.
