Dear MoveOn member,
It's been nearly 100 days of the Trump, Musk, MAGA regime—and 100 days of Americans of all walks of life protesting, resisting, caring for each other, and opposing Trump's cruel, chaotic, corrupt, and corporatist agenda.
Join us on Wednesday April 30 at 8 p.m. ET/7 CT for a live conversation with Governor Tim Walz, Senator Cory Booker, special guests, and tens of thousands of fellow MoveOn members as we look at what we’ve learned during the first 100 days of this regime and how those lessons will set us up for the next 100 days of solidarity, resilience, and action. RSVP now.
Tuesday will mark 100 days of the harm the Trump MAGA Republicans and their crew of corporate oligarchs, would-be authoritarians, and incompetent sycophants have caused to people across this country, to our health systems, to our schools, to our international reputation, and so much more.
But it's also been 100 days of opposition and resistance: millions pouring into the streets at marches and rallies, thousands of smaller protests and crowded town hall meetings, and countless Americans demanding elected officials and civic leaders work for the common good.
These first 100 days have clearly shown this administration’s cruelty and corruption, but at the same time, our movement has dealt major blows to the Trump agenda—an agenda that has no mandate and can be stopped. On Wednesday, we’ll dig in and find the seeds of hope for the work ahead.
On this call, we'll be joined by Gov. Walz and Sen. Booker for a clear-eyed assessment of where we are 100 days in. And we’ll get a pep talk from Coach Walz on what he sees as a strategy to run the ball over the next 100 days, and inspiration from Sen. Booker on how we all can lift up our voices and be heard.
We'll share examples from MoveOn members around the country, and immediate ways to take action after the call—plus a roadmap for the next 100 days as we continue to raise our voices together.
Please join this live national conversation on Wednesday, April 30 at 8 p.m. ET/7 CT.
Many presidents refer to their first 100 days as their "honeymoon period." Well, Trump's honeymoon is over. His first 100 days did real damage—but it also revealed the weaknesses of his administration, the unpopularity of his policies, and the potential to defeat his agenda. From here on out, it gets harder for him—and we all play an important role in exposing the vision he and his MAGA Republicans are pushing for the corporate, corrupt, and cruel agenda it is.
We will keep getting out in the streets, keep flooding town halls, keep phones ringing off the hook, keep showing the power of the tens of millions of us who reject this regime.
Join us on Wednesday to reflect, recommit, and ready ourselves for the work ahead.
Thanks for all you do.
–Mohammad, Justin, Emma, Jensine, and the rest of the team
