This is how change happens.

Last weekend, I joined the hosts of Pod Save America for a conversation about where we go from here — and what it means to show up in this moment.
At one point, they asked me:
“Do you have advice for people in this moment who might be horrified by what they're seeing, but a little scared?”
Well, my dad used to say that if everyone has just a little bit of courage, then no one has to be a hero.
It might be scary, but the more that everyday people speak out, the more that elected officials and other leaders will have the courage to speak out, too.
My promise to you is that I will continue to speak out for all of us, inside and outside of Congress.
