And activists in communities around the country rallied at their Social Security offices and delivered that letter to the field staff to let them know that we’re on their side.

Elon Musk and Donald Trump have already fired more than 7,000 Social Security staffers. And the ones who remain are spending more time helping to correct people erroneously declared dead by DOGE algorithms.

Let’s not lose sight of Trump and Musk’s true goal: Debasing and destroying our Social Security system, and leaving seniors destitute, while slashing taxes for billionaires like themselves.
