For days, our first responders, including members of the New Jersey Forest Fire Service, have been battling the Jones Road Wildfire in Ocean County.

Hundreds of first responders have worked tirelessly to evacuate homes and contain the fire — New Jersey’s largest wildfire in at least 20 years, spanning over 15,000 acres.

I am incredibly grateful for these first responders who put their lives on the line each day to keep New Jerseyans safe.
