Beginning July 1, 2025, the following new local taxes are administered by the Department of Revenue:  

• Roseville Sales and Use Tax 0.5% 
• East Grand Forks Sales and Use Tax 1.0%

Beginning July 1, 2025, the following local tax is increasing:

• Proctor Sales and Use Tax 1.5%

Beginning July 1, 2025, the following special local tax is now administered by the Department of Revenue:

• Cottage Grove Lodging 3.0%
