Friend – just when we thought things couldn’t get any worse, Donald Trump’s administration is completely shredding the Constitution AGAIN.

Trump and Co. are openly defying a 9-0 Supreme Court ruling! THIS IS TERRIBLE!!!

This comes after J.D. Vance previously claimed that Judges “aren’t allowed to control the executive’s legitimate power.”

But he’s WRONG – just look at what the ACTUAL CONSTITUTION says:

The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority
J.D. Vance and Donald Trump are attempting to get around our system of checks and balances (how our ENTIRE GOVERNMENT is structured) to give themselves unlimited power!!

So Sen. Amy Klobuchar sounded the alarm:
