John, Trump just launched one of his most direct attacks on democracy. Let’s be really effing clear about what’s happening.

This wanna-be dictator can’t stand the idea that a minority party could actually have power. He wants to get rid of every single dissenting voice in politics (shocker, that the king of bankruptcy wants a blank check for his fascist agenda).

So what does he do? Trump announces a presidential memorandum targeting ActBlue, one of the biggest names in Democratic fundraising. If we can’t fundraise, we can’t win, and we can’t get in his way – right?

Wrong.

John, I promise you: Nothing will stop me from working to block Trump’s agenda, fight for the people, and defend our most fundamental rights.

Fueling that fight does take money. But let’s be clear on this, too: Trump is only targeting grassroots donations because he knows how powerful they are against him. He knows what we can do when we come together, one dollar at a time.

And I guess he doesn’t know we have other sites than the one he’s targeting.
