Should Bayer Monsanto pay for promoting glyphosate-based weedkillers despite known risks?

Dear friend,

They profited from Roundup for decades. Now they want immunity.

The Wall Street Journal reported that Bayer – the maker of Roundup – is threatening to pull the plug on its bestselling weedkiller. But not because of health concerns or environmental harm. It’s because the lawsuits are finally catching up.

The company that owns Monsanto, which developed Roundup, downplayed its health risks – even though internal documents show they knew about potential health harms.

Now, with tens of thousands of lawsuits alleging Roundup caused cancer, Bayer is pushing state lawmakers to pass bills that would shield them from accountability. They want to protect their profits – not public health.

We want to hear from you:

Thanks for your input, friend.
