FIRST: Trump signed an illegal executive order to try to take control of the FEC, the independent watchdog that oversees American elections and helps make sure they are free and fair. So the DNC sued him.

THEN: Trump signed another executive order that attempts to suppress voters, upend voter registration systems, stop states from counting eligible mail ballots, and threatens to withhold federal funding from dozens of states in the process. So we sued him AGAIN.
