but the fight to save our planet is far from over.
MAGA Republicans in Congress are ramping up their attacks on environmental protections:
- Slashing clean energy investments
- Rolling back air and water quality rules
- Giving Big Polluters a free pass
We cannot afford to let them win.
I’m proud to have spent my career – first as an environmental lawyer, now as your representative – fighting to protect our air, water, forests, and future. Just this year, I reintroduced the
Save Our Sequoias Act to protect California’s iconic trees from climate-driven wildfires and introduced legislation to
hold polluters accountable for toxic waste cleanup.
But we need to do more.
We must elect and re-elect climate champions who will stand up to attacks on our progress. I’m fighting every day for a livable planet, but I can’t do it alone.
