[link removed] [[link removed]] Dear Friend,

On Monday, I learned that DOGE might be targeting NOAA (the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) and unraveling this local and national jewel. NOAA is vital to weather forecasting, climate science, and other critical research that helps Colorado and other states face increased risks of wildfires, flooding, and extreme weather.

That’s why on Earth Day, I joined other concerned Coloradans to take a stand.

[link removed]? [[link removed]?]On Tuesday, I joined government workers in downtown Denver to defend our public servants who safeguard our land, air, and water. Colorado’s economy and way of life depend on protecting our natural resources and outdoors. We cannot afford illegal firings of EPA workers or the dismantling of critical protections.

I am committed to use my voice on behalf of the people of Colorado and will take on the Trump administration when it undermines our protection of our land, air, and water.

If you’re ready to stand with me in the fight to protect Colorado’s land, air, and water, then I hope you can make a donation to my campaign for Governor today → [[link removed]?]

When I joined these protests, I thought about Marya Washburn, who I told you about on Monday. She’s a firefighter for the Forest Service and was fired illegally. We went to court to fight for her, we won, and her job was restored.

I also thought about my kids—and yours. And I think about them when I speak about the importance of protecting our land, air, and water, and the imperative of addressing climate change.

We all share a responsibility to protect the Colorado we love and safeguard it for the next generation. From managing our water and preventing wildfires to addressing polluters and transitioning to clean energy, this is vital work.

I’m committed to leading these efforts in Colorado and preventing the federal government from harming our efforts.

Standing up for Coloradans and protecting our land, air, and water is what I have always done as your Attorney General, and it’s the same fight I’ll continue as your next Governor. Please, if you’re with me, will you pitch in and help me build up this grassroots campaign to fight for all Coloradans? [[link removed]?]
