Immigration in Trump’s First 100 Days
Unprecedented strides in enforcement
Washington D.C. (April 23, 2025) - As President Trump approaches his 100th day back in office, his administration has made swift and decisive moves on illegal immigration, focusing on enforcement, deterrence, and restoring control at the southern border.

Key actions taken include:
  • Ending the crisis on the southern border
  • Passage of the Laken Riley Act
  • Terminating unauthorized Biden parole programs
  • Rolling back Temporary Protected Status designations
  • Expanding enforcement of the registration law
  • Reducing the immigration court backlog for the first time in years
  • Utilizing the Alien Enemies Act to enhance national security
The report includes a list of actions we anticipate the administration will pursue, including reforms to asylum and guestworker programs, the public charge rule, and DACA policy.
