Friend,
With the country roiled by police brutality, protests against systemic racism, a global pandemic that shows no signs of slowing down, and the economy officially in recession, there is plenty of work for our elected officials to do.

But Jason Smith still thinks Trump is a great leader who took swift and decisive action in the early days of the pandemic.

If by ‘swift and decisive’ he means “pretending it will go away” or “calling the ramifications of the disease a ‘hoax’” then sure, he was both swift and decisive in his failure.

Jason Smith and Donald Trump believe their time is best spent spreading falsehoods about unproven, untested, and unapproved coronavirus treatments; baselessly accusing Morning Joe host Joe Scarborough of murder; and threatening to “shut down” social media companies like Twitter for fact-checking his daily lies.

You can’t make this stuff up. But it is what we’re up against.

The majority of the public is with us on the issues -- we saw this in 2018 when MO-08 voted in favor of every progressive ballot initiative in Missouri. Help organize voters who disagree with the nonsense and dysfunction of Trumpism: contribute $10, $25, or $50 to our effort to beat back Trump and his allies like Jason Smith in Missouri.
