Friend,
What a short, embarrassing trip
it’s been.
After Tesla’s insanely bad
quarterly report dropped yesterday, Elon announced that he’s taking a
break from destroying our retirement plans to try to save his
own.
Although it was largely negative,
the world learned a few things in Elon’s 92 day stint:
- Protests and boycotts work. From day 1, we’ve been mobilizing the
pro-democracy movement to speak and act out against Elon Musk and
Donald Trump’s destructive agenda. Need proof that it sent a message?
Check out Elon’s 71% drop in income since he’s been wrecking the
government. Checkmate.
- Bullying the bully
is effective. We got in their
heads. Every ad, every tweet back, every billboard truck, Rick getting
kicked off Twitter… it was all worth it. Today, the American people
are better off.
- We can’t let up.
The midterms seem far away,
but they really aren’t. We’ve already managed to substantially chip
away at Trump’s cabinet, and it hasn’t even been 100 days. The way
forward isn’t only continuing what we’re doing, but revving up
production. We have a goal in mind, and we won’t stop until we achieve
it.
We’re doing the work, folks. And
more importantly, we’re making progress. America is turning against
Trump, and we’re leading the rebellion. Elon minimizing his role after
just 92 days is a huge victory, but believe us, we’re just getting
started.
