Subsequently, with the nefarious help of Elon Musk and his self-named "Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE)," he then shuttered the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Since then, Musk has claimed that zero people have died from his senseless decision making – but that couldn’t be further from the truth.

The reality: health care providers and their patients around the world are already feeling the impact. During Trump's so-called “90-day” freeze, he has put millions of lives at risk. An estimated 11.7 million women and girls will be denied contraceptive care, leading to 4.2 million unintended pregnancies and over 8,000 maternal deaths. This is just the tip of the iceberg.
