In West Virginia, House Bill 2129 is a reminder of how vulnerable reproductive freedom is. While it makes some changes around parental rights and healthcare, it doesn't go far enough to protect people who need access to abortion care — and passing it could have devastating consequences, especially for minors and those facing the most challenging situations.
