We're proud of our policy and capacity-building successes and tangible impacts in 2024. We faced significant setbacks, yet have laid a critical foundation for future campaigns and to face the major challenges ahead. We are grateful to you – our inspiring community of affordable housing practitioners, advocates, leaders, and community members - for sticking with us through successes and challenges. We know that we face unprecedented federal opposition to many aspects of our work right now. This is why it’s more critical than ever for us to stay connected, strategic, and responsive. I hope that this Impact Report can remind us of all that we can overcome and achieve when we stand united. |
