If Trump has the ability to appoint new judges to federal district courts, the judiciary will be flooded with Trump loyalists who will toss the Constitution to the side—along with our rights and freedoms—to give Trump whatever he asks for on a silver platter.

Some Democrats in Congress are feeling pressure to vote yes in order to lighten the caseloads of their local judges, and a few have even co-sponsored the bill. That is unacceptable.
