As we work to make improvements and necessary fixes to the new online Portal, we know some of you have experienced a few bumps over the past few weeks. We are aware of and working on solutions for a few issues related to the Portal.
It is our goal to provide service as quickly as we can. We appreciate your patience as we get accustomed to the new system, work to fix issues that arise, and support customers who need assistance. Below is some important information that will help you with your Portal experience.
*Tips and Information for Using the Portal*
*Setting Up a Portal Account*
* Most LCB services require a Portal account. Only Banquet Permits, Household Moves, and Public Records Requests can be made without logging in with an account.
* To log in and create a Portal account, you also need a Secure Access Washington (SAW) [ [link removed] ]
* Many businesses and licensees already have a SAW account. If you have problems setting up your SAW account or with SAW's single sign-on, please contact WaTech at (360) 586-1000 or

* To set up your account, begin by clicking the “Log In” button on the top right of the Portal homepage. You can also watch a video on the account set up [ [link removed] ]
*Misc. Important Details*
* *Making changes to your account:* the only things you can modify yourself are your email, tradename, phone number and mailing address. All other information can only be changed by LCB.
*
*UBI: 16 digits*
When asked for a 16-digit UBI, enter a combination (in this order) of your:
* UBI#
* Business ID#
* Location ID#
These three items added together total 16 digits. If you need to find your information, it is on the Dept. of Revenue’s website [ [link removed] ]_,_ under your business account.
