Travel well events
Events near Bulwell this May

 

Wellness walks

Walks will take place at Bulwell Riverside on Mondays [ [link removed] ] and the Ken Martin Leisure Centre on Tuesdays [ [link removed] ] throughout May.

 

Nordic walking with Runspire

Sessions will take place every Thursday in May at 11am and 7pm [ [link removed] ], Ken Martin Leisure Centre.

 

Dr Bike

Come and get your bike checked for free at the Bulwell Market on Wednesday 21 May, 10am - 1pm.

 

Bike maintenance workshop

Thursday 22 May [ [link removed] ], 10am - 12pm, Bulwell Hall Community Centre

Samuel from the Travel Well team met with Paul from Runspire and two residents, Ian and Teresa and went on a walk. Afterwards, they had a sit down and chat about their journey – that particular walk but also how they came into the programme and what a difference it has made for them.
